Kevin meyers
Owner
Kevin brings over 25 years of construction and management experience to ACV. Arriving at ACV in October of 2011 as an onsite manager for ACV's largest client, Kevin rose through the ranks to become sole owner in December of 2014. Kevin's can-do work ethic, knowledge and experience make him an excellent leader, manager, listener and friend. Kevin continues to be hands-on with ACV's family of clients. Working closely with ACV's staff and colleagues Kevin and ACV strive to provide transparency, stability, knowledge and out of the box thinking to all of their clients. Kevin also continues working to increase the ACV family of clients and he bring's ACV's values of hard work, transparency, fiduciary responsibility and innovative resolutions to issues to all of ACV's communities.
jaMES ZARZECKI
Portfolio Manager
James joined ACV in June of 2018 coming from the banking industry where he was lauded for his communication skills and customer service. James has quickly taken to community management in his short time with ACV. Drawing on his problem-solving and listening skills allows him to hear the issues from the homeowners and board members, he works to resolve all issues favorably to all parties involved James continues to evolve in his role as community manager and share his positive attitude with his clients.

Laurie is our newest addition to ACV and her attention to detail and pleasant demeaner make her a perfect fit. Ms. Walsh handles many of the tasks required to keep ACV moving forward each day. From assigning incoming tasks, to tracking insurance renewals and payment to overseeing the accounting and closings for all our clients. Her unwavering dedication to completing tasks makes Laurie invaluble to ACV.

Bailee is the latest employee to join the ACV team. Bailee focuses on the accounts receivable and payables among other things. Her ability to multitask in an everchanging business environment allowes Bailee to acheive several goals at once, making her a valuable part of our team here at ACV.
